processed and shipped the same business day, excluding holidays. 

  - Orders placed after 9:00 AM Central Time, or on weekends, will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Delays
- During product launches or periods of high order volumes, shipping
delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience during
these times.

Package Delivery:

If your package status indicates "Delivered" but you have not yet received it, please consider the following steps:

  • Check with Neighbors: Sometimes, packages are inadvertently delivered to a
    nearby address. We suggest inquiring with your neighbors to see if they
    have received the package on your behalf.
  • Allow Time for Delivery: Occasionally, packages may show as delivered a few days before they actually arrive. We recommend allowing a few days for the
    package to arrive as it often resolves the issue.
  • Next Steps : While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, we are here to
    assist you in resolving the matter. You may wish to contact the carrier
    directly for further assistance.

Our team can assist with filing a claim with the carrier after 15–30 days have passed since the package’s marked delivery date.

Claims may result in a replacement or credit depending on the carrier's policies.

Please note that claim periods typically expire after 60 days. We encourage you to monitor your tracking information proactively.

Exchange and Refund Policy

- Please be aware that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items that are no longer needed or wanted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
