2.3. All orders are subject to availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if a product you have ordered is not available.
Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices listed on the website are inclusive of tax and are in USD.

3.3. You agree to pay full-price for all products purchased, plus delivery fees where applicable.
Shipping Policy
4.1 Little Fox and co will aim to deliver Goods ordered by you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by it at the time of your order, but we cannot absolutely guarantee delivery dates or times. Delivery times on the Website are inductive only.
4.2 To the extent permitted by law, Little Fox and co will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late or delayed delivery.
4.3 All export and import documentation, licenses, duties, taxes or other obligations or costs (including Delivery Fees) relating to the delivery of the Goods shall be your responsibility.
4.4. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, shipping method, and unforeseen circumstances.
4.5. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or customs processes.
4.6. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
Return and Refund Policy
5.1. Due to the nature of fabric, we only accept returns for damaged or defective goods.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The fabric must be in its original condition, unwashed, and uncut.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team via contact form to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, securely package the fabric in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent any damage during transit.
Exclusions:
- Customized fabrics or those altered in any way are not eligible for returns.
- Sale items are typically non-returnable unless specified otherwise.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned fabric, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

5.2. The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must be included.
5.3. Once we verify the defect or damage, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
5.4. Sale items and custom-cut fabrics are non-returnable and non-refundable.
