Shipping Delays:

Package Delivery:

If your package status indicates "Delivered" but you have not yet received it, please consider the following steps:

• Check with Neighbors: Sometimes, packages are inadvertently delivered to a nearby address. We suggest inquiring with your neighbors to see if they have received the package on your behalf.

• Allow Time for Delivery: Occasionally, packages may show as delivered a few days before they actually arrive. We recommend allowing a few days for the package to arrive as it often resolves the issue.

• Next Steps:

   - While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, we are here to assist you in resolving the matter. You may wish to contact the carrier directly for further assistance.

   - Our team can assist with filing a claim with the carrier after 15–30 days have passed since the package’s marked delivery date. Claims may result in a replacement or credit depending on the carrier's policies.

   - Please note that claim periods typically expire after 60 days. We encourage you to monitor your tracking information proactively.

Package Refusal:
