Package Delivery:

If your package status indicates "Delivered" but you have not yet received it, please consider the following steps:

Check with Neighbors: Sometimes, packages are inadvertently delivered to a nearby address. We suggest inquiring with your neighbors to see if they have received the package on your behalf.

Allow Time for Delivery: Occasionally, packages may show as delivered a few days before they actually arrive. We recommend allowing a few days for the package to arrive as it often resolves the issue.

- Our team can assist with filing a claim with the carrier after 15–30 days have passed since the package’s marked delivery date. Claims may result in a replacement or credit depending on the carrier's policies.
